David Quan Chong, has a passion for design and the brand experience. He has a particular love for creative work that is both effective and beautiful. David has over a decade of experience in art direction, branding and design: varying from identity, signage, publication, packaging, environmental and experiential design. David was a part-time lecturer at The University of Johannesburg for six consecutive year. Where he guest lectures UJ’s final year communication design students in brand development. David is the co-founder of the international “creative for good charity”, 1000drawings.com
David has had a large amount of experience with national brands (University of Pretoria, DSTV, SA Post Office, Clover, Standard Bank, Steers, Investec, Vodacom, Hollard, Afrisam), African brands (Glo, First Bank, ARM, Mansard, Africom, Oando, Wapic Insurance, Access Bank and Wema Bank) and international brands (Virgin Active, MINI Cooper & Google). David’s experience has been accredited to him with a small flock of South African Loerie creative awards.
